Is there a subscription or a minimum?

No. There are no plans and nothing recurring. You top up when you want and spend per call.

How do I pay?

Top up from the Billing page in the console. Polar handles checkout as our merchant of record: credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You are charged in Indonesian rupiah (IDR).

When do the credits show up?

As soon as Polar confirms the payment. Your balance and every top-up are visible on the Billing page.

How do I know what a call cost?

Each response carries the X-ToolRing-Credits header with the exact charge, and every call is listed in your usage history.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credits are non-refundable except where the law requires it. If a top-up was charged in error, email us and we will look into it.

Balances are kept in credits (1 credit = Rp1) and charged in rupiah; dollar figures use the ECB rate of 2026-10-30 (1 USD ≈ Rp18,148) and are indicative. See the terms of service.
